MACHINES' FEATURES

25LB Rotary Tumbler
(Draw date: February 21)

Barrel load size – Because the density of different materials varies, the load capacity will fluctuate depending on these densities. When loading the barrel, it should be loaded ¾ full regardless of the batch weight to achieve the best results, overloading and unloading the barrel will cause you to get poor results so be mindful in loading the barrel correctly.  

Motor – ⅓ Horsepower Variable Speed Brushless DC Motor. 

Pulleys – The pulleys are heavy duty precision machined steel and will not wear out prematurely like the cheap die cast zinc pulleys commonly used by other manufacturers

Belt – The belt is a serpentine style belt, similar to those used in automobiles, that runs quietly and is more durable than v type belts.

Main Shaft and Bearings – The main shafts are thick 25mm diameter hardened steel and run on heavy duty cast iron pillow block bearings with grease fittings. 

Barrel – 12" diameter rugged stainless steel with heavy duty replaceable rubber liner. 

Main Frame – The RT25 frame is made from heavy gauge stainless steel

ARBOR SHAFT – Tool steel machined to 3/4 inch bearing diameter. 5/8 inch diameter for blade arbor

BLADE FLANGES – Steel 3-inch outside diameter

BLADE – Greenline Agate Eater sintered diamond blade

SAFE START SYSTEM – Contactor control system reduces the risk of accidental startup

AUTOMATIC CUT-OFF SWITCH – Adjustable for length of cut

POWERFEED – Approximate workpiece infeed rates 11¼ inches per hour, 3/16 inches per minute

SPLIT NUT DRIVE – Engages carriage with powerfeed screw. Released by a flip of the handle for quick carriage return

PRECISION CARRIAGE – Carriage rides on precision-ground hardened steel rails retained by adjustable precision roller bearings for smooth travel

CROSSFEED WAYS – 1/2 inch precision ground steel

SAW SIZE – Welded 16 gauge steel. Outside dimensions 23 inches wide 41 inches long. Overall height with the hood closed – 18.8 inches

VISE – Steel vise jaws

‒ Maximum workable jaw opening 5½ x 7 inches

‒ Lateral travel of vise assembly 4.7 inches

V-BELT – Connects motor to the saw blade

MOTOR – 1/2 HP 110v motor

A participant who wins in the first drawing will not be eligible for the second drawing.

2. Giveaway Period
RT25: February 4 – February 20, 11:59 PM EST
HT14: February 4 – February 27, 11:59 PM EST
Entries received outside these periods will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter
Complete the registration form provided. Only one registration per person is allowed.
Select the prize(s) you wish to win (you may select both).
Limit: One entry per person and per household. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
Automated or bot entries are strictly prohibited.

4. Eligibility
Open to United States residents aged 18 or older, excluding Illinois and Rhode Island.
Only one giveaway win per participant in any 12-month period. Winners of this giveaway cannot participate in subsequent giveaways for 12 months.

5. Winner Verification & Integrity
Winners must be present in the Zoom room during the live event to claim their prize.
Highland Park Lapidary Co. reserves the right to verify a winner’s identity and household before prize distribution.
Any entries that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these rules will be disqualified.
Winners will be contacted by email within 3 days after the live draw.

6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected during the live Zoom event at 7 PM EST on the scheduled drawing date.
Drawing will occur at any time during the event. If the selected winner is not present, the drawing will continue until a present winner is selected.
Winner selection is conducted via a randomized Wheel of Names.

7. Prize Description
Prizes: RT25 and HT14 machines (as indicated in the form).
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

8. Permissions
Winners grant Highland Park Lapidary Co. and its affiliates the right to use their photos, videos, and likeness in promotional materials, social media content, and other media worldwide.
By entering, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Your information will be used only for giveaway administration and marketing purposes.

9. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enter or win.
