MACHINES' FEATURES

25 LB Rotary Tumbler

BARREL LOAD SIZE – Because the density of different materials varies, the load capacity will fluctuate depending on these densities. When loading the barrel, it should be loaded ¾ full regardless of the batch weight to achieve the best results, overloading and unloading the barrel will cause you to get poor results so be mindful in loading the barrel correctly.  

MOTOR – ⅓ Horsepower Variable Speed Brushless DC Motor. 

PULLEYS – The pulleys are heavy duty precision machined steel and will not wear out prematurely like the cheap die cast zinc pulleys commonly used by other manufacturers

BELT – The belt is a serpentine style belt, similar to those used in automobiles, that runs quietly and is more durable than v type belts.

MAIN SHAFT AND BEARINGS – The main shafts are thick 25mm diameter hardened steel and run on heavy duty cast iron pillow block bearings with grease fittings. 

BARREL – 12" diameter rugged stainless steel with heavy duty replaceable rubber liner. 

MAIN FRAME – The RT25 frame is made from heavy gauge stainless steel

ARBOR SHAFT – Tool steel machined to 3/4 inch bearing diameter. 5/8 inch diameter for blade arbor

BLADE FLANGES – Steel 2 inch outside diameter

BLADE – Greenline Agate Eater sintered diamond blade

SAFE START SYSTEM – Contactor control system reduces the risk of accidental startup

AUTOMATIC CUT-OFF SWITCH – Adjustable for length of cut

POWERFEED – Approximate workpiece infeed rates 11-1/4 inches per hour, 3/16 inches per minute

SPLIT NUT DRIVE – Engages carriage with powerfeed screw. Released by a flip of the handle for quick carriage return

PRECISION CARRIAGE – Carriage rides on precision-ground hardened steel rails retained by adjustable precision roller bearings for smooth travel

CROSSFEED WAYS – 1/2 inch precision ground steel

SAW BOX – Welded 16 gauge steel. Inside dimensions 18 inches wide x 9 inches deep x 25 inches long. Overall height with the hood closed – 16-1/4 inches

VISE – Steel vise jaws

– Maximum workable jaw opening 4-1/2 x 7 inches

– Lateral travel of vise assembly 2-1/2 inches

V-BELT – Connects motor to the saw blade

MOTOR – 110 volt 1/2 H.P. with thermal protection and start capacitor

  • ​Only one entry per person and per household is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification (e.g., both a husband and wife cannot enter).
  • ​Only one giveaway win is allowed per participant in any 12-month period. Once you win in this giveaway, you will not be eligible to join the succeeding giveaways in the next 12 months.
  • ​​Once registered, you will receive an email confirming your entry.
  • ​​We will pick the winner during our live event on Zoom on March 14 and March 25 respectively. The event begins at 7 PM EST, and the drawing will occur at any time during the live event.
  • ​​IMPORTANT: The winner must be present in the Zoom room to claim the prize. If the drawn winner is not present, the draw will commence until a winner who is in the Zoom room is selected.
  • ​​The winner will be determined by a randomized Wheel of Names.
  • ​​Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • ​The winner grants Highland Park Lapidary Co. and its affiliates the right to use their photos, videos, and likeness in promotional materials, media worldwide, social media content, or giveaway posts.
