By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States (except for residents of Rhode Island, and Illinois) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, unless otherwise specified. The Giveaway is governed by U.S. federal law and the applicable state laws of each participant's state of residence.

To enter, you must be a legal resident of one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding restricted states (Rhode Island, Illinois). All participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The contest starts on May 14, 2025 and ends on June 25, 2025, 5 PM EST. Entries received after the contest end date and time will not be eligible.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Participants can enter the Giveaway by submitting the form provided. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.

The prize for the Giveaway consists of a 12-Inch HighTone Slab Saw with a value not exceeding $5,000 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or exchanges will be allowed except as expressly stated herein.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to pay any and all applicable taxes, fees, and associated costs.

The winner will be announced in our live event on June 25, 2025, midnight, and will be sent an email after. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

Any violation of these Terms will result in disqualification. This includes, but is not limited to, providing false information, cheating, or engaging in any other fraudulent behavior.

By entering this Giveaway, you hereby consent to the use of your name, likeness, and any other information provided during entry for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Additionally, by entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all respects.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Giveaway, prize, or any prize-related activities.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which the winner resides. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
